In 2006, the Boston Foundation (TBF) awarded a $125,000 grant to CLF Ventures – to be matched by other organizations –to conduct a market feasibility study of a $100 million work force housing private equity fund.
In 2007, CLF Ventures collaborated with the Cape Cod Commercial Hook Fishermen’s Association (CCCHFA) to design and launch the Cape Cod Fisheries Trust (CCFT).
CLF Ventures has partnered with the Industrial Revolutions LLC investment group to promote Ensolve’s PetroLiminator, an environmentally-sound technology that uses natural biological processes to destroy oil and grease in bilge water.
The goal of CLF Ventures' $2 million grant is to provide energy efficiency technical assistance to municipalities and counties in New Hampshire.
CLF Ventures helped Yankee Atomic Electric Energy Company with all non-radiological aspects of decommissioning the 160 MW Yankee Nuclear Power Station along the shores of Sherman Reservoir in Rowe, Massachusetts, including site closure, stakeholder outreach and communications, and property disposition.
CLF Ventures and other organizations created Renewable Energy New England (RENEW) to advocate for and drive sustainable renewable energy policy development in New England.
